There's been a new face around the office lately. That man popping into meetings and making the rounds of introductions is no other than Frederick Brown, the new general manager at iMatrix. In his role of general manager, he will develop and execute strategies for optimizing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior to joining iMatrix, he was the Vice President of Health for Internet Brands, an integrated online media and client services organization. Brown ran operations for all of Internet Brands’ Chicago-based business.
Brown is a high-energy leader with experience in dealing with multiple company locations. He excels in driving operational excellence, maximizing employee efficiency, and bringing about growth to the companies he works with.
“I believe that efficiency and great service are both essential for a company's success,” said Brown. “When I was at Internet Brands, my goal was to increase efficiency and further improve customer loyalty. I intend to bring the same goals – and the accompanying increases in customer satisfaction – to iMatrix in its time of growth."
Brown joins iMatrix during an exciting time. The company, which reached 12,000 active clients earlier this year, recently introduced product and design enhancements such as Portal, a new and a greatly improved website editor system with excellent site customization capabilities, several new site themes including ones with video background capabilities, and a new design gallery with live demo capabilities.
